Return & Refund Policy

At Homeward, we believe in the quality of the pieces we've created. If something doesn't fit right or isn't what you expected, you have 14 days from the delivery date to send it back for a refund to your original form of payment.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process it. If you have any questions, please send us a message at howdy@homewardus.com

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery at howdy@homewardus.com and we'll help you out.
